Conver C585 was developed for the maintenance of ditches, canals and ponds, regardless of the depth of the water. In a floating state, the boat is driven by two hydraulic anti-winding augers. In situations where water is not enough to float or land, the C585 can move with the help of two 450 mm wide rubber tracks. The machine can come out of the water on slopes up to 30 °.

The Conver C585 amphibious machine comes standard with a 75 horsepower Hatz diesel engine.

All machine functions are hydraulically operated. A 2-part hydraulic mast is mounted on the foredeck, for which a number of tools are available. This makes the C585 suitable for mowing embankments, mowing streams, cutting soil vegetation, aquatic plants and removing plant debris and floating soil.
